1. Executive MBA
The Executive Action Learning MBA is the executive version of the Dutch Action Learning MBA programme.
The executive programme is specially designed for highly seasoned managers with several years of experience in the field, who wish to enhance his/her intuitive managerial skills with a solid theoretical applicable framework.
Executive Action Learning MBA is designed for you, aspiring to get promoted to General Manager when searching for more tools to become an even more successful leader.
The Executive Action Learning MBA’s peer group consists of professionals with (minimal) three years of relevant managerial experience.
The Executive Action Learning MBA offers an extra study day per core course, as well as additional managerial skills training, such as ‘Supervising managers’, ‘Distant leadership’ and additional Research Methodology days.

➛ You are a business manager or you hold a trainee manager post
➛ You have completed a Bachelor / First Degree or equivalent
➛ A recommendation letter of the applicant’s employer is required

International DBA Programme
The Executive DBA provides a unique learning experience; the candidates are drawn from a diversity of countries and professional disciplines.
It is aimed at Senior Professionals, Chief Executive Officers and Senior Managers who want to increase their work effectiveness and professional standing.
It combines the research capabilities, resources the and the very practical orientation of Business School Netherlands.
With the International DBA, you will be a part of an Action Learning Set. This is your core reference group. The constant interaction with peers and advisors results in an interplay between theory, experience, and practical problems.

Programme Requirements
➛ You have successfully completed an MBA or relevant Masters level programme.
➛ You have written and verbal fluency in English.
➛ TOEFL/ IELTS tests are compulsory for non-native English speakers.

➛ be capable of undertaking rigorous research in the field of business and management;
➛ have developed a broad understanding from multiple perspectives of business and management issues;
