Dspz Student Portal: The Delta State Polytechnic aims at becoming a World Class Institution that offers 21st Century academic and technological programs supported with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities in a conducive environment comparable to global standards.

The Dspz is three in number, all situated in Delta state but different local government areas. Read through carefully for updates.

The Delta State Polytechnic‘s focus is to provide excellent hands-on skills training for our students and improve our capability to create groundbreaking research directed towards solving the socio-economic developmental problems of our society, Nigeria, and the world at large.

Their campuses were all established in 2002. These institutions are located in  Ogwashi-Uku in Aniocha South Local Government Area, Ozoro in Isoko North Local Government Area, and Otefe-Oghara, Oghara in Ethiope West Local Government Area.

Brief History of Dspz

The Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro was established by Law enacted on January 1, 2002, during the administration of His Excellency Chief James Onanefe Ibori. The Polytechnic was established along with two other polytechnics, at Ogwashi-Uku and Otefe-Oghara, and a College of Physical Education, Mosogar (now College of Education, Mosogar).

At the inception, the three polytechnics and College of Physical Education were managed as the Delta State Higher Education Project (DSHEP) in partnership with the University of Westminster, London. This arrangement was designed to fast-track the development of the institutions.

It is pertinent to state that prior to the establishment of the polytechnic, there was a College of Agriculture on the ground which was later absorbed into the polytechnic. The Delta State Polytechnic, Ozoro from inception has witnessed systematic and steady growth and development in terms of infrastructure and academic standards.

The foregoing has made the polytechnic an enviable citadel of learning, a prestigious institution where students acquire quality education and skills in different disciplines that could make them job creators instead of job seekers

How to Check Dspz ND Admission List

  • Go to DSPZ Portal via http://dspz.mycportal.com/
  • Click on the Check Admission Status.
  • Supply your JAMB REG / Application Number in the required column.
  • Click on the Submit Button.
  • Proceed to view your DSPZ ND admission status.

How to Pay Dspz School Fees

Before you can make a payment on the institution portal, you must have been cleared by the admission clearance officer. After a successful clearance, a Username and password will be given to you to access the portal. You will also be required to visit the Admission to obtain your matriculation number. With these, you may now proceed online to make payment.

  • Log on to the institution portal, http://dspz.mycportal.com
  • Click on the menu to select the portal login
  • Log in with the username and password
  • Read through the terms and conditions and click on agree
  • Navigate and click on Pay Your Fees
  • Next is to click on “School Fee”
  • Then click on “Add Selected Item to My Fee List”
  • Then click on “Confirm Payment”
  • Navigate and click on SWPayment before clicking on Pay now
  • Click OK on the alert box and then input your card details to pay with your verve or MasterCard.
  • Then login into the portal afresh and click on “After a successful payment click here to proceed” followed by a click on Display Fees.
  • You can now change your password and update your profile.

How to Register Dspz Courses

Next is to proceed to course registration procedures. It is important that you know the courses to register for before getting online for course registration. Kindly follow the steps below;

  • Log on to the institution portal, http://dspz.mycportal.com
  • Click on the menu to select the portal login
  • Log in with the username and password
  • Navigate and click on the course registration page
  • Then the courses will appear, select the courses to register them.
  • Verify the courses and submit
  • Print the course form for further departmental usage

How to Check Dspz Results

To check academic performance, kindly follow these steps;

  • Log on to the institution portal, http://dspz.mycportal.com
  • Click on the menu to select the portal login
  • Log in with the username and password
  • Navigate and click on the results tab
  • Choose the session and semester to view its results

Once you hit the submit button, the results will be displayed.
