HOW TO CORRECT MISTAKES MADE DURING PROFILE CREATION

JAMB knows that some candidates will likely make mistakes during the first stage above, so they provided a tentative procedure to correct errors during JAMB profile creation.

If you made a mistake in your name or order of your name before sending it to 55019, kindly send the [CORRECT Surname First-Name Middle-Name] to 55019 as a text message from the same mobile number.

Also, if you misplaced your JAMB profile code, you can still retrieve it by sending [RESEND] to 55019 as text message from the same mobile number.

Lastly, if you wish to reset your lost or forgotten Profile Password on your registered cell phone don’t hesitate to send: “[password] space [email address]” to 55019 as a text message from the same mobile number.
