Application procedure; When applying to University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, it’s important to note the application deadline is rolling. The application fee at University of Minnesota–Twin Cities is $55. Scores for either the ACT or SAT test are due Dec. 15. By the end of January, students who submit a complete application by the November 1 early action deadline will receive one of the following decisions on Application Tracker.

Admit: The student has been admitted to the University of Minnesota.

Defer: The admissions committee has completed a holistic review of the application but has not yet made a final decision. Deferred applications will be reviewed a second time,
